A one-hour immersive sound healing session designed for deep mental and physical restoration — every Thursday at 12:30 pm.

Whether you're in hospitality, service, healthcare, or any role that keeps you "on," sound healing works by allowing the body to drop into a genuine state of rest. Therapeutic sound frequencies do the heavy lifting — you just lie back, breathe, and let go.

Why Thursdays? It's the perfect moment to reset before the weekend rush, close out the week with intention, and protect your mental bandwidth.

What to expect: One hour of full-body sound immersion. No experience needed. No performance required.
