Coffee With Your Younger Self™: A Creative Workshop for Midlife Women

What would you say if you could sit down for a cup of coffee with your younger self?

Inspired by the poem “I Met My Younger Self for Coffee” by poet and artist Jennae Cecelia, Coffee With Your Younger Self™ is a guided, reflective workshop designed to encourage reconnection and self-discovery through writing, reflection, and art-making.

Designed for women in midlife and beyond, this workshop offers gentle writing prompts, personal reflection, and a simple creative keepsake, so participants can explore meaning without pressure or expectation.

Workshop highlights include:

• Guided reflection inspired by the poem
• Quiet writing and meaning-making
• Creation of a small affirmation card using collage as a tangible takeaway
• Optional sharing in a respectful, facilitated circle

Looking back at who you once were can offer a new perspective on who you are today, how far you've come, and where you want to go now. Practices like reflective writing and quiet self-inquiry are widely used to help process emotions and build self-compassion.

Price includes all supplies, ticketing fees, and light snacks. No creative writing or art experience is needed. Just bring your curiosity.

This is a facilitator-led holistic health and wellness workshop combining self-reflection, expressive writing, and creative collage to support self-awareness and personal growth. It is not diagnostic, but is meant to be a warm and enjoyable experience.

Led by Elizabeth Glynn, Holistic Health & Wellness Coach and Expressive Arts Workshop Facilitator.
