Chapter of Us ~ Monroe Institute Group Meditation ~ Holistic Treehouse

What to Expect at Our In~Person Group Meditations
Step into a peaceful, welcoming space where you're guided through meditation using Monroe Sound Science® audio technology ~ designed to help quiet the mind and gently shift you into deeper states of awareness.

Whether you're brand new to meditation or have years of experience ~ our sessions support you in relaxing your body, expanding your consciousness, and reconnecting with your inner wisdom.

We begin with a brief musical preparatory process, then move into a sound~assisted journey inward ~ no pressure, no expectations, just space to explore. 💫
