Healing HER Pop Up Event

Healing HER: Pop-Up

You can know your patterns, understand where they came from, and still feel like your body hasn’t caught up.

Healing HER is an intimate, in-person experience created to get you out of your head and into the kind of work you actually have to experience.

guided by Laureen, a licensed therapist trained in EMDR and somatic approaches, and Heather, a trained somatic and NLP coach, this pop-up brings together:

Breathwork
guided practices designed to help you access emotion, connect with your body, and create space for release.

NLP
experiential work to explore the subconscious patterns, beliefs, and internal narratives shaping how you move through your life.

Somatic Experiences
intentional body-based practices done alongside other women that allow you to experience connection, being witnessed, expression, and receiving differently.

This is not group therapy. You never have to share more than you want to, and no prior experience with this work is needed.

Healing HER is about doing something different, not just learning something new.come as you are. leave having experienced yourself differently.
