Be logical by design
Strong programs start with a strong foundation.
Focus Your Impact by Understanding Your Challenge
LCG’s Decoding Logic Models Workshop guides attendees through the process of creating a logic model - a strategic planning tool that creates a map of your work and how it connects to your strategy for impact.
In this workshop, we’ll strategize around who your programs are for, what resources you need to succeed, and what you will measure to see whether your plans are working. By the end of the session, you will have a tool for implementing your programs, talking to funders, and managing your team.
A logic model helps:
• Draw clear connections between your goals, activities, and outcomes.
• Define clear metrics to tell the story to donors and stakeholders
• Manage organizational capacity by outlining the level of staffing, skills and knowledge, and access to resources you need to carry out activities.
In this workshop, attendees will practice building their own logic model. Through this process, participants can learn how logic models can support their strategic growth and viability.
Why You Should Attend:
• Clearly visualize every step of your work.
• Improve your ability to reach strategic goals.
• Connect with other social impact professionals.
Who Should Attend:
If you are involved in social impact work whether nonprofit or corporate you need to identify all the driving factors of your work.
This session is ideal for:
• Program Managers
• Nonprofit Leaders
• Board Members
• Fundraising professionals
