Life has a tendency to accumulate. Responsibilities, conversations, unfinished thoughts, and the subtle tension of moving through the day.
Evening Unwind offers space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and let go of what no longer needs your attention. Each session begins with guided meditation and gentle floor-based movement designed to settle the nervous system and create a sense of ease. From there, you'll be guided into an extended sound meditation featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other acoustic instruments.
The experience is intentionally calming and restorative, helping you release tension, quiet mental activity, and reconnect with a deeper sense of presence before returning home.
We conclude with tea and a few moments of quiet reflection.
