The Melanated Vote

THE MELANATED VOTE: Our Voices. Our Power. Our Future.

What do we really know about voting? What myths have we inherited, what questions deserve honest answers, and how does our participation shape the communities we call home?

Join us for The Melanated Vote, an engaging and empowering conversation centered on voting, civic participation, and the power of informed decision-making. Together, we’ll unpack common voting myths, explore data and research, and create space for meaningful dialogue about the issues that matter to us.

This is more than a conversation about casting a ballot. It’s an opportunity to connect, learn, ask questions, share perspectives, and recognize the power we hold when we are informed, engaged, and connected to our communities.

Hosted by Melanated in America, a creative and cultural movement committed to uplifting, educating, and empowering melanated communities through storytelling, meaningful dialogue, and collective engagement. Through The Melanated Vote, we’re creating space for honest conversations, shared knowledge, and deeper community connection, because understanding our power is part of shaping our future.

Your voice matters. Your questions matter. Your participation matters.

Bring your curiosity, your questions, and someone else. Let’s learn together, challenge what we think we know, and continue building communities that are informed, empowered, and engaged.
