Before it was an arts center, Dunham was part of a tuberculosis hospital where a diagnosis often meant isolation and, for a lot of people, the end. Before that, it was a Civil War hospital camp. Two eras of illness and loss on the same ground, inside a gorgeous Art Deco building designed by the same firm that gave Cincinnati its Music Hall.

We don't think that's a coincidence when it comes to what happens after dark.

Investigators have picked up shadow figures in the auditorium, coughing and footsteps during EVP sessions, electronics going haywire in the balcony, and apparitions in the dressing room mirrors. Bring your own theories. We'll bring the equipment.

• Flashlight Tour - a guided walk through the history and the hot spots, shorter and easier if you're new to this
• Free Roam Investigation (4 or 8 hours) - we get you started with the tour, then the building's yours to explore at your own pace
• Guided Investigation (4 hours, limited to 10 guests) - an investigator with you for the whole 4 hours, running equipment and reading activity together

Never done this before? Good. We'll teach you everything before we go in. Bring your own gear if you've got it.

This is one of the only ways inside Dunham, and it doesn't happen often. A portion of every ticket goes straight back into keeping this building standing.
