A morning of movement for the whole family!
Join us Tuesday, October 20th from 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM for Mommy & Me Yoga at The Goat, led by Celynez Gomez!
Bring your little ones along to get their wiggles out while enjoying some fresh air and quality time together. This family-friendly class is open to all ages.
We’re all about keeping things relaxed! We’ll have designated areas in the backyard for families with younger children and older kids who want to participate, along with a short break during the class. Families are also welcome to step away whenever needed and jump right back in!
Bringing a baby or toddler? We recommend packing a blanket to give your little one a comfortable spot to sit and stretch during the class.
After class, stick around for breakfast and enjoy our specials:
Breakfast Bundle | $12
Bagel + Drink
Little Goats Special | $6
Cinnamon Stick + Parfait + Milk
Admission is $10 per family, so grab your yoga mat, bring the family, and start your Tuesday morning with some sunshine and movement at The Goat!
