In From Content to Strategy: Making Your Content Work Together, we’re zooming out from individual posts and looking at the bigger content picture.

Every piece of content has a job. Some content gets you discovered. Some builds credibility. Some starts conversations, strengthens connection, makes what you do more visible, or encourages someone to take a next step.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to identify the purpose of your content, create the right mix for your business, and connect individual pieces so they work together as part of a larger strategy.

WHAT WE’LL WORK ON

During this interactive workshop, we’ll explore:

• The different jobs your content can have and how to determine the purpose of each piece
• How different types of content can move someone from discovering you to understanding your business, building trust, engaging with you, and taking a next step
• How to create a balanced mix of content that supports your business and your goals
• Ways to make what you do, who you help, and the value you provide clear within your content
• How to choose a next step or call to action that makes sense for the purpose of the content
• How to look beyond likes and views and determine whether your content is accomplishing the job it was created to do
• How to create individual pieces of content that work together rather than stand alone

YOU’LL LEAVE WITH

A clearer understanding of the bigger content picture—and how to create content that works together to move your audience and your business forward.

You’ll also build a mini content strategy around a real goal in your business, mapping out several pieces of content and identifying the purpose, audience, next step, and measure of success for each one.

This workshop is for entrepreneurs and business owners who use content to market their business and want to be more strategic about what they create and how their content works together.

You do not need to have attended any of our previous Content Workshops to attend. This workshop is open to everyone.
