Peaceful Power Yoga 8 Week Series - (Saturdays 10/31 - 12/19)

8 Week Series : 10/31, 11/7, 11/14, 11/21, 11/28, 12/5, 12/12, 12/19

Find strength in stillness with Peaceful Power Yoga, a dynamic class rooted in the Ashtanga lineage. This practice honors traditional Vinyasa while creating space for mindful exploration and inner calm.

Drawing from the eight-limbed path, you’ll move through sun salutations, standing postures, and grounding sequences that build heat and cultivate focus. Synchronized breath and movement create a meditative flow that’s transformative, not just physical.

The “peaceful” comes from working with intelligence rather than force. While poses challenge your body and build strength, the emphasis remains on steady breath, drishti (focused gaze), and internal awareness. This is power yoga that doesn’t sacrifice mindfulness for intensity.

Over the weeks, you’ll progressively build familiarity with the foundations of Ashtanga practice. Whether you’re new to this lineage or deepening your understanding, modifications ensure an accessible yet powerful practice. Come ready to sweat, breathe, and discover that true power emerges when effort meets ease.

All levels welcome. Basic yoga experience recommended, but not necessary.
