Rain Rave

Rain Rave 🌧️

Come shake off the work week and dance without judgment at Quiet Hours’ Rain Rave.

The flow

• Open stretching to warm up and settle in
• Free, unstructured dancing, silent disco style. We’ll count down together (3, 2, 1) and press play to a shared playlist at the same time. Want to listen to your own thing instead? Go for it :)

Playlist will be shared closer to the date.
We dance rain or shine.

Why phones down?
This event is part of Quiet Hours, my practice of replacing screen time with movement that nourishes the soul. Aside from playing music, we encourage keeping your phone away as much as you can.
