Learn how an AI assistant can support everyday business tasks, such as drafting emails, organizing files and preparing forms. Don Murray will guide you through installing, configuring and testing an assistant using your business information and writing style.

The workshop includes:

• A website and competitive visibility audit with recommendations.
• Tools to prepare your business brief and writing style.
• Guided practice on your own laptop.
• Instruction on reviewing responses and refining your assistant’s instructions.

You’ll also take home a reusable “My Business Assistant” folder containing:

• **RULES.md:** Your business context, communication style and working boundaries.
• **TODAY.md:** Current notes, decisions and active work.
• **ARCHIVE.md:** Searchable history of earlier work and decisions.
• **WORKSTREAMS.md:** Your projects, next actions and owners.
• **MORNING_START.md:** A startup routine to help your assistant pick up where you left off.

During the workshop, we’ll test this routine in a fresh task so your assistant can identify your business and an active workstream, then ask what you’d like to work on.
