The OSU Planetarium is located on the 5th floor of Smith Laboratory at 174 W 19th Ave, on the OSU Main Campus in Columbus, Ohio. Access from the NE corner of Smith Lab on 19th Ave. Map to Smith Laboratory Enter through our main entrance at the northeast entrance of Smith Lab, follow signs to the northeast elevator (or the stairs) and take it up to the 5th floor. Note: The other building doors will likely be locked if it is not during normal university hours, and the other stairwells and elevators in the building do not go all the way up to the 5th floor, so you must work your way to the northeast corner to get to the planetarium. Please plan on arriving at least 5-10 minutes before the planetarium shows, since the doors will typically remain closed once the show begins.
Please see our directions page for details about parking.
