Bring your favorite cooking companion and escape to the coast for an evening of fresh flavors and hands-on cooking. In this interactive class, you'll prepare a menu inspired by classic seaside cuisine while learning professional techniques you can recreate at home.
You'll learn how to prepare crisp crab cakes, make a homemade champagne vinaigrette, roast potatoes to perfection, and create light, golden funnel cakes from scratch. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a memorable evening together, you'll leave with new culinary skills, recipes, and a delicious meal to enjoy. PRICED PER COUPLE
Instructor: Chef Craig Logan
