Join photographer Monty Soungpradith for a hands-on workshop designed for intermediate photographers looking to start or improve their family and couples photography skills, while building a professional client experience from inquiry to delivery.
Based on Monty’s proven success with his family photography approach attendees will learn how to find and prepare your ideal clients, along with learning the tools to start creating their own successful workflow system, and the key components of how to do that. Attendees will walk away with confidence on how to work well with families and children from prep calls and invoices, to in-person interaction and directing posing.
After the classroom portion, attendees will photograph one or more model families alongside Monty. You’ll observe his complete workflow in real time, practice directing subjects, receive guidance throughout the session, and create portfolio-worthy images you can use to market your own family photography services.
Intermediate
Participants should be comfortable using their camera and understanding exposure settings but are looking to refine their people-photography skills and gain confidence working with families and couples.
