Join us Friday Oct. 30th at 8:00pm for an adrenaline-pumping, 1-hour Halloween HIIT Boxing Class set to a killer, high-energy holiday playlist.
Costumes are highly encouraged (make sure you can move in them! 🥊) as we crush heavy bags and torch calories.
The frights don't end at the final bell—stick around after the workout for refreshments and a classic scary movie screening with the crew.
