Practicing Presence
Finding ourselves in the midst of it all.
Life is constantly moving, shifting, and unfolding. Between our daily responsibilities, unexpected challenges, and moments of joy, it can be easy to lose connection with ourselves and the present moment.
Practicing Presence is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and explore what it means to be fully present through the highs and lows of everyday life.
Join Rise & Bloom Yoga for an intimate two-part series hosted among the greenery of Cole's Plants, in collaboration with The Healing Garden Cafe.
Through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, journaling, reflective dialogue, and intentional tea rituals, we'll explore how to cultivate awareness, embrace the fullness of our experiences, and develop practices that help us return to ourselves with greater compassion and intention.
