The Journey Home: A Men’s Retreat in New Hampshire
October 23–25, 2026 · Loudon, New Hampshire
A small, immersive three-day men’s retreat for honest conversation, challenge, clarity, and meaningful change.
There are times when holding everything together stops working.
The Journey Home is a three-day retreat for men who are ready to step away from the usual noise, expectations, and roles long enough to have the conversations they may not be having anywhere else.
This is not a conference, seminar, or motivational weekend.
It is a small, highly personal experience built around real conversations, experiential work, reflection, challenge, and connection.
Only six men will participate.
The weekend is designed to create enough space to get underneath what is actually going on—and enough structure to do something meaningful with what you discover.
You can expect:
Because the real test isn’t what happens during a retreat.
The hard part is Monday morning.
Dates: October 23–25, 2026
Location: Loudon, New Hampshire
Group Size: Maximum of 6 participants
The $895 registration includes the complete three-day retreat experience, retreat programming, the pre-retreat individual session, post-retreat integration session, and meals during the retreat.
Overnight accommodations are not included in the $895 Retreat Only registration.
On-site accommodation options may be available separately. Visit bewithbrio.com for full retreat and lodging information.
The Journey Home is for men who know something needs attention—even if they cannot yet put a clean label on it.
You may be dealing with a transition, relationship, loss, pressure, identity shift, decision, or simply the realization that the way you have been operating is no longer working.
You do not need to arrive with an answer.
You do need to be willing to show up honestly.
Alan Sabin leads The Journey Home.
Alan is a Certified Mental Health Life Coach with more than 23 years of experience helping people work through difficult transitions, relationships, identity, and the parts of life that are hard to discuss honestly.
Betsy Bilhorn supports the retreat as a Leadership Coach and Equine Facilitated Coach, bringing decades of executive leadership experience and more than 45 years of experience with horses.
The retreat takes place at a private property in Loudon, New Hampshire, offering the privacy and space needed to step away from normal routines and focus fully on the weekend.
The setting includes both indoor and outdoor gathering spaces and the opportunity for experiential work with horses.
No riding is involved, and no prior horse experience is necessary.
This is intentionally a very small retreat.
Participation is limited to six men so the weekend can remain personal, direct, and highly interactive.
If that is what you are looking for, reserve your place.
Retreat Only: $895
