2026 Iowa Energy Summit

Theme: Affordability in Action: Harnessing Energy Efficiency and Demand‑Side Solutions for Iowa

The 2026 Iowa Energy Summit will focus on practical energy efficiency and demand‑side solutions can deliver real, near‑term cost savings for Iowa’ consumers, while strengthening grid reliability. By reducing energy waste, managing peak demand, and empowering customers to actively manage their energy use, Iowa can lower bills, avoid costly infrastructure investments, and support economic and community resilience. When designed equitably and accessible across consumer segments, these strategies turn affordability into a tangible, statewide outcome that supports long‑term energy stability and shared value.

Help kick off Day 1 (Monday, November 9th) by joining us for energy efficiency focused building tours, IAEE's annual meeting and, of course, the networking reception!

Day 2 (Tuesday, November 10th) will include educational sessions, networking opportunities and chances to visit our exhibitors.

Participants will enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour and learn how energy efficiency strategies help support the building's operations while providing an exceptional environment for students and performers.

2) Prairie Hill Cohousing - Discover a community built around sustainability, collaboration, and environmental stewardship.
