Women's Gentle Hike- Paradise Valley Cons Area (with guided breathwork)
About This Event
This is a chance to move your body, spend time outdoors, and enjoy meaningful connection in a peaceful natural setting. We’ll begin our time together with a calming 10-minute guided breathwork practice before starting the hike.
Please meet in the parking lot at 10:30 AM.
Wear comfortable hiking clothes and sturdy footwear, as the trails may be muddy.
Looking forward to seeing you there—come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, calm, and connected.
Note: check weather forecast for possible rain! Event will be cancelled in case of heavy rain or snow. We meet every other weekend. Some hikes may be canceled due to unavailability.

Come join single adults your age (18-35) for a night of fun and games every Tuesday Night starting at 6:30 PM. Feel free to bring a game or just your best game face!
