Silent Walk at Claudius Park in Crozet

Hi everyone! Join me on this silent and meditative walk on the paved trails of Claudius Park. We'll sense into the scents, sights, and sounds of fall along the .85 mile perimeter. This short distance will take approximately 45 minutes.

Optional: We'll end with the option to share socratic-circle style what came up for you during the walk. As always, there is no pressure to speak :)

Meeting point: 1075 Claudius Crozet Pk, Crozet, VA 22932
We'll meet at the main parking lot.

What to Bring/Wear: water, snacks, and comfortable shoes.
