Specialty Growers Intensive: Strategies for Season Extension

Farming in the upper Midwest means that creativity and resources are needed to extend sales beyond our 20-week growing season. Get the insight you need from multiple growers during this weekend-long intensive.
Details on different strategies, including Storage Crops, Deep Winter Growing, Micro-Greens, and Value-Added Products will be covered. Classroom presentations, high tunnel equipment demos, discussions on product development and projected income/expense will be included.
