Mommy & Me Yoga

Mommy & Me Yoga will be held on both the 3rd and 4th Wednesday of each month.

Bond with your baby while nurturing your body and mind. Designed for parents and caregivers with babies 8 weeks to 1 year old, this 60-minute gentle practice incorporates soothing movements, stretches, massage, and postural exercises to promote relaxation and connection. Through gentle swaying, lifting, and interactive play—including songs and rhymes, —you'll support your baby's development while engaging in mindful movement yourself.

Join us for a joyful and nurturing experience that fosters movement, mindfulness, and connection—for both you and your little one! This event is presented in partnership with the Moody YMCA.

Required Forms

Please know that, for the Mommy & Me Yoga program, the Library will need a signature from both parents/guardians or the custodial parent/guardian of any minor participating in the program. A waiver for signature will be sent upon sign-up. We would like to request that it is submitted to votterbine@hplibrary.info no later than a week before the program.
