As the air turns crisp and the leaves begin to fall, autumn invites us to practice the art of letting go.
Join us on Sunday, October 25th for a morning of gentle, flowing meditative movement, grounding breathwork, and an immersive sound bath, held outdoors at T.Y. Park.
Reset your nervous system
Slow, mindful Qigong movements invite the body to soften and the breath to deepen. When we move slowly, our system receives a message it rarely hears in daily life: you are safe, you can rest. Then the deep, resonant tones of singing bowls and other instruments wash through the body, helping the mind quiet and the tension we carry begin to release. Movement opens the door, and sound carries you through it.
The gift of practicing in nature
There is something that happens when we practice outside. The fresh air, the open sky, and the earth beneath us support the practice in a way four walls canβt. Nature helps us slow down, breathe more fully, and remember that we are part of something larger. Autumn, the season of release, makes it the perfect time to let go of what no longer serves us and make space for whatβs next.
