There is so much women carry in their bodies.

The anger we swallow.
The frustration we push through.
The resentment we keep quiet.
The grief we move around.
The boundaries we override.
The words we wanted to say.
The moments we chose peace while something inside us was screaming.

And sometimes the body simply says:

ENOUGH.

RAGE is an invitation to listen.

Join Andreina + Florencia for a raw, embodied outdoor experience created for women to reconnect with their bodies, express what has been held inside, and experience the power of conscious release.

Together, we will create a grounded and intentional space where emotion can move through the body.

We’ll explore:

🖤 Somatic movement
🖤 Breathwork
🖤 Shaking and stomping
🖤 Vocal expression and screaming
🖤 Guided release practices
🖤 Grounding and nervous system regulation
🖤 Journaling and integration

Rage carries energy.

When we give ourselves space to feel and express that energy consciously, it can reveal what matters. It can reconnect us with our boundaries, our truth, our desires, and our power.

This experience is about feeling deeply, moving intentionally, releasing fully, and returning home to the body.

You may laugh.
You may cry.
You may shake.
You may scream.
You may move in ways that surprise you.

There is no performance here.
There is no perfect way to release.

Your body knows what it needs to move.

We’ll begin by creating connection and safety within the circle, gradually awaken the body through movement and breath, enter the release, and then gently return to stillness.

After the release, we’ll ground together and use journaling to integrate what surfaced.

You’ll have space to listen inwardly and meet yourself on the other side of the release.

Come as you are.

Feel it. Move it. Release it.

Leave it on the earth.

WHAT TO BRING

• Yoga mat or blanket
• Water
• Journal + pen
• Comfortable clothing you can move freely in
• Anything that helps you feel grounded and comfortable outdoors

Women who feel called to explore their relationship with anger, emotion, boundaries, expression, and embodiment.

No previous experience with somatic work or breathwork is needed.
