About the Book:

The third book in the New York Times bestselling series about a precocious pug by Drew Daywalt, author of The Day the Crayons Quit, takes Sam to the wild streets of New York City for his most chaotic adventure yet!

Don’t miss the third book in this New York Times bestselling series that’s short, sweet, and packed with silly fun!

Sam the pug, the Peterson family’s self-proclaimed “Human Being” and “chief security officer,” is back with more laugh-out-loud antics. This time, he’s battling a hot dog-selling werewolf, outsmarting a giant fish monster, and taking on a minotaur at Madison Square Garden—all while protecting his family; helping his best friend, Justin, conquer his fears; and maybe even winning the national cat show.

Filled with comic panels and Sam’s wacky drawings, this is perfect for reluctant readers and fans of Dog Man, The First Cat in Space series, and Diary of a Wimpy Kid.
