Guests will learn how to craft and enjoy two signature cocktails while snacking on curated small bites.
Hosted by Highland Underground General Manager, Jake Humburg, this hands-on class offers an inside look into the techniques, flavors, and creativity behind our cocktail program. Jake has been recognized multiple times by the Iowa Restaurant Association for excellence in cocktail competitions and has helped shape the beverage program and operations at Highland Underground since its opening in 2025.
