Join BeJoyeuse +BLOOM at Commune Detroit for faith-centered yoga taught by founder Teresha Renae. Each experience blends intentional movement, Scripture, breathwork, and sensory care, creating space to connect with God, care for your body, and gather in community.
Teresha’s gentle, grounded classes welcome all experience levels—from your first yoga class to your return to a familiar practice.

- Restorative Flow: Select Thursdays at 6 PM.
- Sunrise Flow: Select Saturdays at 8 AM.
- Sunday Yoga: Select Sundays at 4 PM, including donation-based community classes on the fourth Sunday of each month.

Meet Teresha Renae
Teresha is a Holy Yoga Certified Instructor and RYT-200, bringing more than 20 years of professional dance and choreography experience to her teaching.
She founded BeJoyeuse, a Metro Detroit body and home wellness brand, in 2016. BeJoyeuse +BLOOM is its movement and wellness branch, offering yoga, restorative flows, breathwork, and chair yoga at Commune Detroit and partner venues.
