Pain often shows up in one place but starts somewhere else, tucked into layers of tight tissue that quick fixes never reach. Liz finds it. Whether you’ve been hunched over a laptop since Labor Day or just need a reset before the holidays hit, you’ll walk out lighter, looser, and ready for the weekend.
Meet Liz
Elizabeth Lalumia, LMT, trained at The Swedish Institute in New York City and has been a licensed massage therapist since 2006. She’s an anatomy devotee, which means her work is grounded in science, not guesswork. Working layer by layer, she pairs neuromuscular therapy and trigger point release with guided breathwork to find the true source of your tension and let it go.
Her surname, Lalumia, means “lighter of lamps,” and she lives up to it. Liz shines a light on what’s happening beneath the surface and helps you reconnect with your own inner light. Every session is tailored to you.
