Douglasville Community Theater Presents - Steel Magnolias

Grab your teasing combs and curling irons, y’all — because the ladies of Steel Magnolias are about to blow‑dry their way into your hearts! This beloved Southern story is getting a fresh trim and a glossy new finish as the Douglasville Community Theater brings it to life in the intimate, chic setting of Red Carpet Dreams, the hottest new event center in town.

Step into Truvy’s salon, where gossip flows faster than hairspray and every curl hides a secret. You’ll laugh, cry, and maybe even get a little emotional touch‑up as these magnolias prove that strength and beauty come from deep roots — and a good conditioner.

While you enjoy the show, treat yourself to a little “snack‑service” at our concession counter — we’re talking popcorn, chips, and other tasty bites, plus soda or spirits to keep your evening perfectly styled.

So come on down, Douglasville — it’s time to wash, set, and laugh your way through Steel Magnolias! Because at Red Carpet Dreams, every seat is a salon chair, and every heart gets a little shine.
