BPL Wrestling Performance Assessments

We will be hosting our Wrestling Performance Assessments at BPL 10/31/26 and 11/7/26. This event is designed to give male and female athletes a chance to go through our Wresting Performance Protocols followed by a full bodyweight performance sessions to help athletes prepare for the upcoming seasons. The Wrestling Performance Assessments will be broken down into our Strength Protocols and our Performance Protocols.

Strength Protocols are designed our TrueForce Technologies isometric platform that allows us to gain insights into the potential strength of athletes without having to load any weight on to them. This gives athletes of all ages and sizes to safely gauge where their potential is currently at. The strength protocols will include a squat, press, and pulling assessment.

Performance Protocols are designed to test the overall atheltic qualitites of an athlete. Our performance testing will test vertical power, horizontal power, acceleration, and reative strength of the upper and lower body.

The Training Session will introduce a bodyweight workout aimed to increase strength and performance of each athlete.

Both testing days are co-ed and open to athletes in 6th grade through 12th grade.

10/31 check-in will begin at 8 a.m. and the warm-up will begin at 8:30 a.m.

11/7 check-in will begin t 11:30 a.m. and the warm-up will begin at 12 p.m.

Every athlete will get a customized report from us that breaks down all of their tested information from this event. This will allow you see where you currently stand and be able to compare to the next time you do an assessment with us as we will be hosting events like this quarterly.
