Floating Sound Journey With Coastal Verve Sound at The Dublin Wave

Welcome to a Floating Sound Journey with Coastal Verve Sound.

Float comfortably on air mattresses while live sound healing surrounds you.

Join Lara Sweazey of Coastal Verve Sound for a deeply relaxing and immersive sound healing experience designed to help the body shift into deep relaxation while calming the nervous system.

Participants float dry and comfortably on air mattresses on a warm indoor pool while being guided through a live sound journey. This unique dry floating experience allows the body to relax while sound and vibration move through the space.

Floating sound journeys are a rare experience not commonly offered in traditional wellness settings, making this a special opportunity to experience sound healing in a completely different way.

The evening begins with optional cacao and intention setting, followed by a guided meditation to help you settle into a peaceful state. From there you will be immersed in a live sound healing featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other soothing instruments.

Each sound journey is unique and guided by the energy of the group, allowing the experience to naturally unfold in a way that supports deep relaxation and inner balance.

Lara Sweazey is the founder of Coastal Verve Sound and guides sound journeys designed to support deep meditation, relaxation, and spiritual connection.

As you float, the water beneath you and the sound surrounding you create a restorative environment where the body can soften and the mind can quiet.

No experience is necessary. Simply arrive with comfortable clothing, an open mind, and a willingness to relax.

Please arrive early for check in and optional cacao and intention setting before the sound journey begins.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
