N.E.W. Body Walking Social Club
About This Event
There's something powerful about walking together. Every step creates an opportunity to connect and encourage one another, and build meaningful relationships while improving your health.
The N.E.W. Body Walking Social Club is more than a monthly walk, it's a wellness experience. We'll begin with a short dynamic warm-up, enjoy a refreshing 2 mile community walk and finish with a short social.
We will meet the 2nd Monday: September14th, October 12th and Novemeber 9th at Cauley Creek Park at 6:30 P.M. - Meet at the 5K starting point.
After our November 9th walk, the fun continues! This serise is powered by lululemon Avalon Store; and for participating you will be invited to join us in the store for a special community social just for you. The date and time will be revealed on October 12th!
Come walk with us. Bring your friends, family, water, yoga mat and a smile. We can't wait to welcome you!
