Honey Fitness Live From Politan Row

Honey Fitness is popping up at Politan Row at Ashford Lane. 🍯

Every 1st & 3rd Sunday of the month, we're bringing the Honey Fitness experience to Dunwoody with three intimate movement classes designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and feel good in your body. + A little love from your favorite fitness instructor and bartender. Each ticket affords you a free cocktail or mocktail (however you feeling babe!)

Whether you're in your Pilates era, overdue for a good stretch, or simply looking for a new way to move, there's a spot for you in the Hive.

CHOOSE YOUR CLASS

Soft Sculpt x 2
Our signature low-impact mat pilates. Blending intentional strength, deep core activation, mobility, and controlled movement. Expect the burn—without the chaos.

Signature Stretch Sunday
The reset your body has been asking for. A guided mobility and flexibility experience designed to release tension, improve range of motion, and help you move better throughout your week.

THREE CLASSES. 15 SPOTS EACH.

We're keeping each class intentionally intimate, so each session is limited to 15 participants. Your ticket reserves your spot for the specific class time selected at checkout.

All fitness levels are welcome. Modifications will be offered throughout class so you can meet your body where it is.

WHAT TO BRING

Come dressed comfortably and ready to move. Bring water and your own mat (if our mats don't fit your needs). Additional event-specific instructions will be sent to registered participants before class.

BEFORE YOU MOVE

All participants are required to complete the Honey Fitness liability waiver and event check-in form before participating.

Your waiver link will be provided after registration. Purchasing a ticket does not replace the required waiver.

Please complete it before arriving so check-in stays quick and easy.
