Postpartum Pop-Up : Return to Work

Join us for a fun, supportive gathering designed for new moms who want practical help, trusted resources, and connection with other women in the same season of life.

This isn’t your typical health fair. You’ll have the chance to meet other moms through guided activities, talk with local maternal and infant health professionals, and rotate through relaxed, small-group sessions focused on the things that matter in real life after having a baby.

We’ll explore topics including babywearing, pumping and feeding, pelvic health and body mechanics, and staying sane while returning to the workplace. Come with your questions, share what’s working (and what isn’t!), and discover resources that can make this transition a little easier.

We’ll also have light refreshments, time to mingle, and a prize raffle!
