Freedom Worship is a Christ-centered movement experience where worship, movement, and Scripture come together to help you reconnect with God, care for your body, and experience freedom through praise.
Join us for one of three unique experiences:
Stretch & Scriptures — Mondays at 6:30 PM
Slow down, stretch, breathe, and reflect on God’s Word in a peaceful environment.
Light & Sweet — Saturdays at 11:30 AM
A gentle, uplifting movement experience for those looking for a lighter way to worship and move.
Sweat & Praise — Saturdays at 2:30 PM
Turn up the energy with movement, dance, and praise! Come ready to move, sweat, and worship.
No dance experience is required. Come as you are, at your own pace, and make room for God.
