Ready for the next installment of Carah's Zumba + Line Dancing party? It's the Birthday Edition. Yassssssssss!!! Join the party -- we're doing the familiar line dances and new ones, too! We'll also rock out with some awesome Zumba and Hip Hop dances.

Wear your most fun, bright workout attire -- the more colorful, the better... hey, it makes for good photo ops!

Carah's friends and fellow instructors, will also be rocking the outdoor stage!! It's going to be a blast!

Arrive around 3pm to get registered, so we can begin dancing at 3:15pm. Tickets: $30. At the door or online at CardioWithCarah.com

The most important question: What are you wearing?

Fun workout clothes that you don't mind sweating out. Cute, yet comfy. Wear what makes you feel and look awesome!

What if I don't know anyone?! I don't want to go alone?

You'll be fine. Promise!! It's going to be a big family reunion. Carah's students from the many places she currently teaches, plus the students from the places she USED to teach, will be there... you're sure to recognize someone. If not, bring a friend. If you're rolling solo, you will meet new friends there. Seriously.

What exactly is it? A party, a Zumba class or a line dance workshop?

Hunnie, it's all of the above. Alladat. LOL!!! Bottom line: it'll be a good time. Just be ready to dance for 90 minutes straight.

Can I request certain line dances?

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No. Everyone is welcome.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Parking is free and plentiful across the street. Easy peasy.

What should I bring into the event?

Your phone so you can take lots of pictures and videos for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, using the hashtag #CardioWithCarah.

You may also want to bring a bottle of water and a face towel. Light refreshments will be served.

Will tickets be available at the door?

Yes. You can come with cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or CashApp.

What's the refund policy?

All sales are final. No exceptions. Dance instructors don't usually don't earn 6 figures, so consider it a donation for the culture if you are no longer able to attend. Love you lots! Muah.
