This all-levels class gently explores the inner landscape through flowing postures with a joyful, internal focus. Come and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the ashram as you flow through a series of gentle poses designed to stretch and strengthen your body. About the Instructor:

Andrea Pujari used to live at the Eldorado Yoga Ashram and Shoshoni Yoga Retreat and has been teaching yoga since 1985 throughout the Denver Metro area. Along with Hatha Yoga, she has also been a meditation student with the ShambhavAnanda lineage for over 45 years. These days she no longer lives in the ashram but is a householder nearby, enjoying the meditation practices offered, Seva (service) at the ashram, volunteering, and spending time with family, friends and sangha. Her classes are gentle and strengthening with an emphasis on independent movement and relaxed breathing.
