Join us for a peaceful and invigorating morning yoga session at the beautiful Eldorado Mountain Yoga Ashram. Activate your natural strength, expand your range of movement, and let the breath guide you into a deeper level of awareness. Connect with a steady sense of inner presence to carry with you throughout the week. All are welcome.

Additional offering: After yoga Jatila will guide an optional 15 minute meditation with a focus on deepening the stillness gained from the movement practice.

Please arrive at least five minutes early to check in and get set up.

About the Instructor:

Jatila loves sharing yoga as a way of reconnecting with the breath while allowing yourself an experience beyond the mind. He invites you to be present with your experience today, and let go of your thoughts enough to allow for a genuine experience of yoga.

A ShambhavAnanda Yoga ashram resident since 2010, Jatila has been teaching yoga and assisting/leading teacher trainings for that entire time - it's one of his most favorite activities!
