At Daylight CPR Training, we believe lifesaving skills shouldn't be limited to healthcare professionals. Every parent, grandparent, spouse, caregiver, and everyday person deserves the opportunity to learn how to respond when someone needs help.

That's why we're inviting you to join our American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver CPR & AED Full Classroom Training in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

You don't need medical experience. You don't need to know anything about CPR before arriving.

You just need the willingness to learn skills that could one day help save a life.

What You'll Learn

During this instructor-led, hands-on class, you'll learn how to:

• Perform CPR on adults, children, and infants and understand what to do when someone is unresponsive and not breathing normally.
• Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to help someone experiencing sudden cardiac arrest.
• Respond to choking emergencies involving adults, children, and infants.
• Recognize an emergency and take action, including calling for help and beginning appropriate lifesaving care.
• Practice your skills with an instructor, so you're not simply watching someone demonstrate CPR. You're learning by doing.
