CORE Workout on the DECK: Sunrise & Sunset Series

We’re taking our workouts outside and making the most of the fall time change!

Join us for the CORE Workout on the DECK: Sunset & Sunrise Series, featuring two weeks of outdoor workouts built around the changing daylight.

🌅 Sunset Series | October 26–29 | 5:45–6:30 PM
Close out October with four evenings on the DECK. Get moving in the fresh air and catch the last sunsets of the month before the clocks change.

☀️ Sunrise Series | November 3–6 | 6:00–6:45 AM
After the clocks fall back, meet us back on the DECK in the morning. Start your workout before sunrise and finish as the sun comes up.

Each day will feature a different workout, giving you plenty of opportunities to mix up your routine and try something new. Come for one workout, choose a few, or join us for both full series!

Fall mornings and evenings can be chilly, so dress in layers and bring something warm to start.

All fitness levels are welcome. Come move with us and experience the DECK from sunset to sunrise!
