15 Star Bourbon Dinner

🥃 FLIGHT NIGHT IS BACK AT BYBLOS! 🥃

Back by popular demand, Byblos of Elmwood is bringing back Flight Night — and this time, we’re pouring 15 Stars Whiskey!

Join us for an unforgettable evening of exceptional whiskey, elevated food, and the story behind one of Kentucky’s most exciting craft whiskey producers.

Our dinner will be hosted by 15 Stars co-owner Eric Timmerman, who will take you behind the bottle with the history, craftsmanship, and story of 15 Stars.

Founded in 2019 by father-and-son duo Rick and Ricky Johnson, 15 Stars is an award-winning craft blender based in Bardstown, Kentucky. Working alongside Bardstown Bourbon Company for distilling, blending, and bottling, the Johnsons personally curate their distinctive whiskey blends. Their family’s connection to heirloom corn — through their gourmet popcorn business, Black Jewell Popcorn — adds another unique layer to the story behind their whiskey.
