In this weekly Baby & Me class, you’ll learn simple tools to regulate your own nervous system and practice co-regulation with your baby through the power of breath, sound, movement, and connection.

Bring a blanket or yoga mat to lie on and anything comfy to snuggle for you and your little one!

Each class may include:
Gentle breathwork + nervous system regulation
Caregiver & baby co-regulation practices
Sound bath meditation + soothing frequencies
Self-healing + energy awareness
Calming affirmations
Lullabies + soothing vocalizations
Mindful connection and presence
Simple practices you can take home and use throughout your week

You don’t need any prior experience with breathwork, meditation, or energy healing. Come exactly as you are — whether you’re looking for a moment to exhale, a deeper connection with your baby, or simply a supportive space to be together.

All caregivers are welcome — moms, dads, grandparents, nannies, and anyone who lovingly cares for a little one.

Come nourish your nervous system, connect with your baby, and remember that you deserve care, too.

Babies and kids are welcome to wiggle, feed, cry, sleep, or simply be themselves.

Come as you are. Leave feeling a little more grounded, connected, and supported.
