Kirtan Club 8-Year Anniversary Kirtan!

Please join us for a very special candlelit evening celebrating 8 beautiful years of Kirtan Club!

Merry started Kirtan Club in 2018 with a heart full of excitement and devotion. Through her dedication and seva, and the love and participation of this beautiful community, Kirtan Club has continued to grow and flourish for eight wonderful years.

Come celebrate this special milestone with Merry and a beautiful gathering of local kirtan leaders and musicians for a heartfelt evening of mantra, music, devotion, and joy!

For this anniversary celebration, Merry will be joined by Daniel, Brent, Natalia, Trevor, and Lori. We can’t wait to sing together, celebrate together, and share in the bhav.

Kirtan is a form of interactive musical mantra meditation rooted in the Bhakti tradition. Through the chanting of the Divine Names, we come together in a shared practice that opens the heart, quiets the mind, uplifts the spirit, and creates a beautiful sense of connection and community.

All are welcome, and no experience is needed. Simply come as you are, add your voice, and experience the joy of chanting together.

Thank you to everyone who has sung, played, listened, volunteered, and shared their hearts with Kirtan Club over these past eight years. We couldn’t do it without you, and we would love to celebrate with you!

About the Facilitator:

Merry has been practicing yoga since moving to California from the East Coast in 2003. What began as a way to support her marathon running grew into a deep appreciation for yogic practices and philosophy. She is highly trained and certified as a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, E-RYT 500 teacher, and YACEP education provider.

“Yoga has expanded my awareness; I live from a more heart-centered place than ever before. It is an incredible honor to share it.”

Of the many yogic paths, she feels most connected to Bhakti Yoga (the yoga of devotion) —leading Kirtan, training others, and founding The Soul of Yoga’s monthly Kirtan Club in 2018. Join her the 1st Saturday of each month!

She is also a Direct Divine Light Healer, Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Metaphysician, and a gifted Sound Healer, offering a compassionate space for students to explore the connection of mind, body, and spirit. She shares her gifts in public classes and private 1:1 sessions.

Outside the studio, Merry loves traveling (especially bhakti travel!) , the outdoors, Kirtans, and hugs.
