Join us for Women’s Circle at MESA, a monthly community gathering for adult women ages 18 and older who are looking for connection, reflection, and meaningful conversation.
Each month explores a different theme related to women’s lives and experiences and offers an opportunity to step away from the usual routine, slow down, connect with other women, and spend an evening in community.
Each gathering may include journaling and personal reflection, creative activities, small- and large-group conversations, and a closing ritual. The activities are designed to spark meaningful conversation while giving women opportunities to hear different perspectives and learn from one another.
Participation is always optional. You are welcome to share, participate in the activities, listen, reflect quietly, laugh, connect, or simply take in the experience.

Good to Know
Women’s Circle is not therapy or a sexual assault support group. It is a welcoming, trauma-informed community gathering grounded in respect, choice, and connection.
At MESA, we recognize that sexual violence and other experiences of trauma can sometimes leave people feeling isolated or disconnected. Women who have experienced sexual violence, relationship or domestic violence, childhood abuse, harassment, or other trauma are warmly welcome at Women’s Circle. There is never pressure to disclose or share more than you choose.
