Mini Light Sessions at the Indoor Market is an in-person event for the local community. Entering the Market is free.
Join us Saturday from 10 AM to 1 PM at the new market inside Kel’s Cafe, across from Angel of the Winds Arena. Mini light sessions will be offered alongside some of my books, and other amazing offerings from the other vendors.
Grab a drink and a treat and enjoy yourself.
About the light sessions
A light session goes beyond ordinary perception into profound states of consciousness, where healing, remembrance, and embodiment may naturally occur. Using revolutionary technology from France alongside targeted sound frequencies, meditation coaching, and energetic guidance, the session invites you into an altered yet fully conscious state, where the mind surrenders and the soul steps forward.
You’ll perceive rhythmic light through closed eyelids. Shapes, colors, and visual impressions may accompany the experience, which varies from person to person and session to session.
Sessions: 5 minutes each, first-come, first-served.
