You’re Invited! Senior Caregiver Peer Support Group

We’re excited to welcome you to a new Peer Support Group created especially for older adults who are caring for a loved one.

Join RISE Community Solutions for a relaxed, interactive gathering where you can enjoy breakfast, meet others in your community, share your experiences, and connect with people who truly understand the joys and challenges of caregiving.

We’re a small group of local seniors who come together once a month to talk about the things that matter most—from wellness, stress, and taking care of yourself to family, health, navigating challenges, and finding helpful community resources.

These groups are led by peers, not professionals, so there’s no pressure and no judgment. Just friendly conversation, shared experiences, practical tools, and a supportive group of people who understand what it’s like to care for someone else while also trying to take care of yourself.

You’ll have an opportunity to connect, learn something new, and leave with helpful tools and resources you can use right away.

Breakfast is provided, but advance registration is required.

This is an adults-only group; children will not be able to attend.
