About This Event

You know that feeling when your body is tense, your mind won't switch off, or even when you finally have time to relax, you can't quite get there?

Years of stress, responsibility, grief, frustration and holding everything together can take a toll. Somewhere along the way, even your spark can get buried beneath everything you've been carrying.

The Body Remembers is an opportunity to explore what your body has been holding, release some of that tension, and reconnect with the energy, pleasure and aliveness that's still within you. It is an in-person experience using movement, breath, sound and color inspired by Qi Gong and the Five Elements to help release emotional holding and create more space for ease, movement and aliveness.

Each 90-minute class ends with a guided BodyWise Frequency Meditation to integrate and settle.

Your body remembers. And it remembers how to come alive.
