Serenity Within Motion & Luna Collective: Soundbath + Moon Ritual

Coming home to the body

As the days grow shorter and the season turns inward, the Taurus full moon offers a steady place to land. This afternoon is about slowing down, settling in, and tending to the body that carries you through it all.

How the afternoon moves

Hour one: Sound bath with Serenity Within Motion. Kimberly will guide you through an immersive sound experience using crystal singing bowls and other instruments, inviting you to rest, relax, and settle into the present moment.

Hour two: Moon ritual with Luna Collective. From that settled place, we move into a full moon ritual of grounding, reflection, journaling, and time in circle with the women around you.

Who this is for

Women who want a quiet, intentional way to mark the full moon. No experience with sound baths, ritual, or astrology needed. Come as you are.
